Mike was admitted as associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria in Sept, 1992, admitted also as associate member of the Institute of Management in May 1992, admitted alumni Lagos Business School, Sept. 1999. Associate Member Institute of Directors, Nigeria in August 2000. Associate member Nigeria Association of Petroleum Explorationist, March 13, 2003. Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, FCA, April 10, 2003. Considering his contribution to his hometown, he was elected as National President Ilupeju Ekiti Development Association in April 14th 2001.

He got a merit award in Oye Local Government for his contribution to the development of Oye Local Government years back. Osatuyi started his working career with J.O Owolabi& Sons in 1985 and left as deputy head of finance department. He equally resigned in Hoesch Pipe Mill (A Member of Tower Aluminum Group) in April 1998 as head of finance after eight and half years service to the company. He assumed the Chief Executive Post in Mikelyn Nigeria Limited in May 1998 to date. Mike had been elected into various highly challenging position in Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) The posts are IPMAN Depot Auditor Mosimi, Personal Assistance to IPMAN President, Chief of Staff in IPMAN headquarter, Abuja and was the National Secretary of IPMAN from May 2009 to May 2014 and his presently the National Operations Controller of IPMAN , Abuja. Mike Osatuyi is married with children.
